- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD).
- You have had at least 1 relapse needing rescue treatment in the past year, or 2 relapses in the past 2 years.
- You have not taken certain immune-suppressing drugs (like rituximab) recently, or your B-cell counts are back to normal.
- You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
- You do not have active infections or other serious immune diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis).
