  • Diagnosis of NMOSD confirmed by international criteria and positive anti-AQP4 antibody test at screening
  • At least one disease relapse (attack) in the past 12 months
  • Disability level (EDSS score) of 7 or lower
  • Current ability to walk with assistance or independently (EDSS ≤7 means some mobility retained)
  • Weighing at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds)
  • Meningococcal vaccinations (against serogroups A, C, W, Y, and B where available) completed within the past 3 years
