Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and tested positive for AQP4 antibodies (a protein marker in the blood)
  • You have had at least one disease flare-up (relapse) in the past 12 months
  • Your disability level is moderate or less (EDSS score of 8 or lower on a 0–10 scale)
  • You do not have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infections
  • You have not received a bone marrow or organ transplant
  • If you can become pregnant, you agree to use birth control and test negative for pregnancy at screening
