- You have been diagnosed with NMOSD and tested positive for AQP4 antibodies (a protein marker in the blood)
- You have had at least one disease flare-up (relapse) in the past 12 months
- Your disability level is moderate or less (EDSS score of 8 or lower on a 0–10 scale)
- You do not have HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infections
