Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have one of these cancers: HER2+ breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, stage IV non-small cell lung cancer, or a type of brain tumor called high-grade glioma that has come back.
- You need to have a spinal fluid sample taken as part of your regular care (not just for research).
- Your spinal fluid must have detectable tumor DNA or cancer cells, and your doctor must be considering treatment directed at your central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).
- You must be able to give informed consent or have a legal representative who can.
