Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and can sign consent for study procedures
  • You have metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation confirmed by lab testing
  • You have evidence of leptomeningeal disease (the lining around the brain/spinal cord) from brain MRI or a spinal fluid test
  • Your overall condition is moderate to okay for study testing (ECOG 0 to 3)
  • You are expected to live at least 8 weeks and have blood and organ function adequate for testing
  • You can safely have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) to collect CSF
