Who can take part

  • You are done growing and have reached your full adult height.
  • You have Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) confirmed by a genetic test or a parent with FAP.
  • You have a significant number of polyps in your colon, rectum, or duodenum.
  • You do not have active cancer or high-grade dysplasia in your digestive tract.
  • You do not have a serious ongoing infection, liver or kidney problems, or a history of pancreatitis.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 12 weeks after, and not breastfeed.
