Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have been diagnosed with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP) by a genetic test.
- You have had your colon removed (colectomy) at least 12 months ago, with no ongoing complications.
- You have small polyps (less than 10 mm) in your rectum or pouch that haven't been removed.
- You are willing to stop certain supplements, anti-inflammatory drugs, and other FAP treatments while on the study.
- Your liver and kidney function must be within normal limits, as shown by blood tests.
