Who can take part

  • You or your family member is between 18 and 80 years old
  • You had an ischemic stroke (a clot-related stroke) and have been admitted to the hospital within 21 days of the stroke happening
  • You have some stroke symptoms, not a full recovery (mRS score above 0)
  • You were able to do daily activities on your own before the stroke (mRS below 3)
  • You can take oral medication and are willing to sign a consent form
