Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You either have diagnosed ATTR-CM (amyloid in heart or other tissue) or have heart failure with certain test results that either ruled out ATTR-CM or make it unlikely.
- You cannot have any known eye problems that would make clear retinal imaging hard.
- You cannot have a history of a different amyloid type called light-chain (AL) amyloidosis.
- You cannot have had recent eye surgery that the study doctor thinks would interfere.
