  • You are scheduled to receive a stem cell transplant from a donor.
  • You are between 14 and 60 years old.
  • You have high levels of anti-HLA antibodies (a test result showing MFI of 5000 or more).
  • You do not have severe organ failure or an active infection.
  • You and your family agree to the antibody testing and treatment.
