  • Age between 30 and 60 years old
  • BMI between 27 and 37
  • You are about to start or just started tirzepatide (Zepbound or Mounjaro) within the last 4 weeks with little to no weight loss yet
  • Willing to follow a high-protein diet and do strength training twice a week
  • Able to travel to New York City for study visits and have an MRI scan
  • No major health problems like diabetes, serious kidney or liver disease, unstable heart disease, or an eating disorder
