Who can take part

  • Your doctor has recently prescribed tirzepatide (a GLP-1/GIP medication) for weight management
  • Your BMI is 30 or higher, OR your BMI is 27–29.9 with another health condition like high blood pressure or high cholesterol
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
  • You have not had major arm or leg surgery or injury in the past 6 months
  • You are able to safely do resistance exercises like weightlifting or strength training
