Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (a pumping strength of 40% or less) confirmed in the last 3 months.
- You must have a body mass index (BMI) of 27 kg/m² or higher, plus at least one weight-related condition like high blood pressure, diabetes, or high cholesterol.
- You must be on a stable heart failure treatment plan for at least 4 weeks before starting the study.
- You must not have had a recent heart failure crisis (hospitalization or worsening symptoms) in the last 4 weeks.
