This study tests a special amniotic membrane wound dressing compared to a synthetic wound matrix for stubborn diabetic foot ulcers or venous leg ulcers. It may help if your wound has not been healing well for over a month.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You may have a diabetic foot ulcer or a venous leg ulcer that hasn't healed for more than 4 weeks.
- The wound should not have gotten much smaller in the last 4 weeks (less than 50% reduction).
- The wound size must be between 2 and 24 square centimeters.
- If you are a woman able to have children, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control during the study.
