Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with chronic heart failure and your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is 40% or less.
- You have been on a stable heart failure medication plan for at least 4 weeks.
- You have a certain level of a heart stress marker (NT-proBNP) in your blood, which varies based on your ejection fraction and heart rhythm.
- Your kidney function is at least 20 mL/min/1.73 m².
- You do not have other serious health conditions like recent heart attack, stroke, severe lung disease, or active cancer.
