Who can take part
- You are a girl between 10 and 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (a spinal curve that started in your teen years).
- Your spinal curve measurement (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 45 degrees.
- Your trunk rotation (how much your spine twists) is 5 degrees or more.
- Your bone maturity (Risser score) is 3 or less, and hand maturity (Sanders score) is 4 or less.
- You have not had any scoliosis-related treatment or surgery in the last 6 months, and you have no health condition that prevents exercise.
