  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic and have not responded to or you can't have standard therapies.
  • You must be able to have a tumor biopsy.
  • You must have measurable disease (like a visible tumor or high PSA for prostate cancer).
  • You must be in generally good health (able to care for yourself and up and about more than 50% of waking hours).
