Who can take part
- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have end-stage kidney disease and are on dialysis or have very low kidney function.
- You plan to receive a kidney from a living donor whose blood type is not compatible with yours.
- Your blood has a high level of antibodies against the donor's blood type (at least 1:16).
- You do not have serious infections, blood disorders, severe heart or liver problems, or other major health conditions listed in the full criteria.
