This trial tests a medicine called tirzepatide, given as an injection, to see if it can improve daily function and symptoms in people with a weak heart (heart failure with reduced ejection fraction) who also have obesity. Tirzepatide works on two natural hormones to help with weight and may also improve heart health.
This study tests if the drug tirzepatide can improve muscle and blood vessel health in older adults with obesity. You may be eligible if you are 50 or older, have a BMI between 30 and 40, and do not have diabetes.
This Phase 2 study tests whether tirzepatide can improve how your body handles fat (especially in people with overweight or obesity) and reduce fat-related “lipotoxicity.” It may help with body fat function and related health markers, but you must meet specific health and medication rules.
This study tests if tirzepatide helps people with obesity lose weight, whether or not they have type 2 diabetes. It aims to see how safe and effective the drug is.
This trial tests if tirzepatide is more effective than standard obesity treatments for adults who have a BMI between 30 and 35 and one weight-related health condition, but do not have diabetes. The goal is to help you lose weight.
This study tests whether the medication tirzepatide (a drug used for diabetes and weight loss) can slow the biological aging process in adults aged 55 to 70 who have excess weight. You would take the medication as a weekly injection for a set period, and researchers will monitor changes in your body's health markers.
