  • You are a woman between 35 and 60 years old.
  • You have poor sleep but not severe clinical insomnia.
  • You live in the U.S. and speak English fluently.
  • You don't take prescription sleep medications and don't smoke.
  • You have a consistent bedtime and a smartphone compatible with the study app and Oura ring.
  • You are willing to wear the Oura ring for the whole study.
