  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You had planned (non-emergency) coronary artery bypass surgery between 2019 and 2025.
  • You did not have any other heart surgeries like valve repair or aortic surgery at the same time.
  • This was your first coronary bypass surgery (not a repeat operation).
  • All your medical records from that surgery must be available and complete.
