Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with medial epicondyle apophysitis (elbow pain from overuse).
  • You are a boy or a girl.
  • You are already getting standard treatment for the condition.
  • Your symptoms have lasted for more than four months.
  • You do not have a recent fracture in the affected arm.
  • You do not have any neurological (brain or nerve) or muscle/bone problem that affects your arm's function.
