Powerball device for little league elbow

Medial Epicondyle Apophysitis

Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with medial epicondyle apophysitis (also called little league elbow, which is an overuse injury of the inner elbow).
  • You have had elbow pain or symptoms for more than 4 months.
  • You do not have a recent fracture in the same arm.
  • You do not have a nerve or muscle disease that affects arm function.
