  • You were diagnosed with emphysema or COPD caused by a specific genetic condition (Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency) between 2010 and 2025.
  • You have one of the severe genetic types (like PiZZ or other rare mutations).
  • A CT scan of your chest confirmed emphysema within a year of your diagnosis.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have not objected to your medical data being used for research, and you are covered by a social security plan.
