Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have mild-to-moderate depression and are about to start an SSRI or SNRI antidepressant (with or without a short-acting benzodiazepine) for the first time in this episode.
  • You have not taken antidepressants, mood stabilizers, or antipsychotics in the past 3 years.
  • You do not have a history of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other psychotic disorders.
  • You have not had a major depressive episode in the last 3 years.
  • You are fluent in French, have internet access, and can attend study visits for 8 weeks.
