  • You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and heart are working normally.
  • If you can become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days and agree to use birth control.
  • You do not have a serious active infection.
  • You have no known allergy to Withaferin A.
