Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a related or unrelated stem cell donor who is a good match.
  • You are getting a reduced-intensity transplant because of age (60+), health issues, or higher risk of side effects from a stronger regimen.
  • Your heart, kidney, lung, and liver functions meet minimum health levels.
  • You have a diagnosis of AML, MDS, or myelofibrosis with specific features like certain genetic changes or blast cells in the marrow or blood.
  • You have not had a previous donor stem cell transplant.
