Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have already been treated with a type of targeted therapy called a TOP1 inhibitor ADC (like Enhertu) and your cancer continued to grow.
- You have not had more than 3 prior treatments for advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (can be seen on scans) and you are generally active (ECOG score 0-1).
- Your blood, kidney, and liver function are within certain limits, and you have not had a blood transfusion or growth factor injection in the last 2 weeks.
