Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have one of these cancers that has spread: HR+HER2- breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, or prostate cancer.
  • You must have already tried at least two standard treatments for your metastatic cancer.
  • You must be in reasonably good health, with a performance status of 0 or 1.
  • You must have adequate organ function, including blood counts, kidney function, and heart function.
  • You cannot be on high-dose steroids, have an active autoimmune disease, or have had a recent major surgery or serious heart problems.
