Who can take part
- You have a documented metastatic cancer that can be measured and fits one of the study cancer groups (GI/urinary, breast/ovarian, NSCLC, endocrine/neuroendocrine, or multiple myeloma with measurable disease).
- Your cancer has not responded to the approved standard treatments for your cancer type (often at least first-line, and additional specific later treatments).
- You have limited brain spread: up to 3 brain metastases that are <1 cm and not causing symptoms (or treated/stable or surgically removed).
- You are 18–72 years old, and your day-to-day function is good (ECOG 0–1).
- Your body-blood and organ tests are strong enough (bone marrow counts, kidney function, liver enzymes, and bilirubin within set limits).
- You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and—if you can become pregnant or father a child—you must agree to birth control rules during and for the required months after treatment.
