Who can take part

  • You must have a type of lung cancer called non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is advanced or has spread
  • Your tumor must have high levels of HER2 protein (tested by a biopsy)
  • You should be between 18 and 75 years old
  • You must be willing to provide a sample of your old tumor tissue (from the past 2 years)
  • You should not have had certain cancer treatments (like surgery, radiation, or immunotherapy) in the 4 weeks before starting
  • You must not have untreated or active brain metastases, or a history of interstitial lung disease requiring steroids
