Who can take part

  • Are a woman who has gone through menopause
  • Are between 45 and 55 years old
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9
  • Have had tennis elbow pain for at least 3 months
  • Have not had steroid injections in the elbow or shoulder in the last 3 months
  • Have not had any fractures in the elbow, wrist, or hand
