Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer is triple-negative (meaning it doesn't have estrogen, progesterone, or HER2 receptors) and is advanced (spread or cannot be removed by surgery), or you fit into the neoadjuvant group with stage II or III breast cancer.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You have not had certain prior treatments: immunotherapy (like PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) or PARP inhibitors (unless you took one for ovarian cancer more than 5 years ago and it hasn't returned).
- You are in good enough health: your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges, and you can take care of yourself (ECOG 0-1).
- If you can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use contraception during the study and for 4 months after.
