This study is testing two investigational drugs, balcinrenone and dapagliflozin, in people with kidney failure who are on hemodialysis. The purpose is to see how your body processes these drugs when you are on dialysis, and to make sure they are safe.

Who can take part
- You must be on regular hemodialysis for at least 3 months.
- You must be 50 kg or heavier and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 40.
- If you have type 2 diabetes, your blood sugar control should be stable, with an HbA1c of 10% or less.
- You cannot have had a successful kidney transplant or be scheduled for one during the study.
- You must not have taken certain medications (like SGLT2 inhibitors or MR antagonists) in the last 4 weeks.
- You must not have a history of heavy alcohol use or drug abuse in the past year.
