Who can take part

  • You are between 6 and 17 years old, or between 18 and 60 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with sleepwalking, sleep terrors, or confusional arousals, or you are a healthy volunteer matched by age and sex
  • For patients: you have had at least one episode in the past month (children) or past 6 months (adults)
  • You can understand and complete study materials in Italian
  • You do not have epilepsy, major neurological disorders, or significant hearing loss
  • You are not taking psychiatric medications (melatonin up to 2 mg is allowed)
