Effect of a PRP injection during endoscopic disc surgery on leg pain

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a single disc herniation in your lower back confirmed by MRI.
  • You have tried conservative treatments (like therapy or medication) for at least 6 weeks without enough relief.
  • Your leg pain is at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
  • You have not had previous back surgery or spinal injections, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
