Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- You have a single disc herniation in your lower back confirmed by MRI.
- You have tried conservative treatments (like therapy or medication) for at least 6 weeks without enough relief.
- Your leg pain is at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
- You have not had previous back surgery or spinal injections, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
