Study of sibeprenlimab for children and teens with IgA nephropathy

Who can take part

  • You must have a kidney biopsy that confirms IgA nephropathy.
  • You must be taking a stable dose of blood pressure medicines called ACE inhibitors or ARBs for at least 12 weeks.
  • If you are taking a medicine called an SGLT2 inhibitor for IgA nephropathy, you must have been on it for at least 12 weeks.
  • Your urine protein level must be at least 0.75 grams per gram of creatinine, measured from three morning urine samples.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) must be at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m².
  • You must not have other kidney diseases besides IgA nephropathy, and your blood IgG level must be at least 600 mg/dL.
