Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be having your first heart surgery
- Be awake and stable after surgery, with no breathing tube
- Have normal consciousness (Glasgow Coma Scale score of 15)
- No skin issues (like wounds or bruises) at the acupressure points
- No strong pain medication in the last 4 hours before treatment
- No muscle or nerve disease affecting breathing
- Able to speak Turkish
- No chronic pain or regular use of narcotic painkillers
- No psychiatric illness
