Who can take part

  • You must be between 5 and 21 years old at the time of the procedure.
  • You must already be scheduled for an EndoFLIP procedure at Johns Hopkins Children's Center.
  • A parent or guardian must be able to give written permission in English or with translation help.
  • If you are old enough, you must agree to take part.
  • You must be able to safely have general anesthesia, as determined by the anesthesia team.
