Ultra-accelerated TMS with NRX-101 for depression

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have moderate to severe depression, as measured by specific scores on two standard rating scales.
  • You cannot have a history of manic or hypomanic episodes (bipolar disorder).
  • You cannot have a psychotic disorder (like schizophrenia) or current hallucinations/delusions.
  • You cannot have an active alcohol or substance use disorder, a history of traumatic brain injury, or certain neurological conditions.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must agree to a pregnancy test if you are of childbearing potential.
  • You cannot have metal in your head or neck, a history of seizures, or other conditions that would make TMS unsafe.
