  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with degenerative disk disease.
  • You have one of these conditions: cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical deformity, or pseudoarthrosis.
  • You have not had trauma, tumors, or infections in the cervical spine.
