Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have neck pain or nerve symptoms from a worn disc in your neck, confirmed by an MRI.
- You have tried at least 6 weeks of non-surgical treatments (like medication, physical therapy) with no improvement.
- You are scheduled for a standard neck surgery called ACDF (anterior cervical discectomy and fusion).
- You have not had neck surgery before and do not have other spine diseases, infections, or severe osteoporosis.
