Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You are on the waiting list for a deceased donor kidney and have very high antibody levels (more than 85% or 95% panel reactive antibody) for at least 24 months, OR you have a living donor but your antibodies are incompatible and you cannot use kidney paired donation.
- A special blood test (dilution test) shows that your antibodies drop significantly when diluted, which means the drug might work for you.
- You have not had desensitization treatment (like plasmapheresis, rituximab, daratumumab, bortezomib, tocilizumab, or imlifidase) in the last 6 months.
- You are up to date on recommended vaccinations and do not have active infections like hepatitis B, C, HIV, tuberculosis, or severe herpes.
- You are willing to use effective contraception if you are of childbearing age or have a partner who is.
