This study tests a new drug called sacituzumab tirumotecan (Sac-TMT) combined with radiation to the brain for people with EGFR-mutant lung cancer that has spread to the brain and has grown despite first-line EGFR inhibitor therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can control the brain tumors better.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain.
  • Your cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R).
  • You have been treated with a third-generation EGFR inhibitor as your first therapy, and the brain lesions worsened during that treatment.
  • You have at least one brain lesion that has not been previously treated with radiation or surgery.
  • You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, but not necessarily active).
