Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain.
- Your cancer has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R).
- You have been treated with a third-generation EGFR inhibitor as your first therapy, and the brain lesions worsened during that treatment.
- You have at least one brain lesion that has not been previously treated with radiation or surgery.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, but not necessarily active).
