Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old
  • You must have a type of lung cancer called non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread (stage 4)
  • Your cancer must have one of two specific EGFR mutations: exon 19 deletion or L858R
  • You must have taken an EGFR-targeted pill (TKI) before and your cancer got worse while on it
  • You must have new or existing brain metastases confirmed by an MRI
  • You must be healthy enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
