Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 35 years old
  • You are not currently taking any hormone supplements
  • You are a non-smoker
  • You are sedentary (less than 2 sessions of moderate or intense exercise per week)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 27 and 32, and your body fat is above 22%
  • You have no major health conditions like heart, lung, metabolic, autoimmune, or kidney disease, and no history of blood clots, cancer, or diabetes
