Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have a diagnosis of fatty liver disease (confirmed by an ultrasound and at least one of: overweight, diabetes, or high blood pressure).
- You have an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), or you have normal thyroid function (for comparison).
- Your medical records include the blood tests needed to calculate liver fibrosis scores.
- You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
