This trial tests whether a special blood-derived gel (called Alb-PRF) can improve the results of standard deep cleaning for gum disease. If you qualify, half your mouth will get the standard treatment and the other half will get the standard treatment plus this gel, to see which works better.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have gum disease (periodontitis) with at least two deep gum pockets (5 mm or deeper).
- You have not smoked in the last 6 months (and you don't currently smoke).
- You are generally healthy — no diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, liver or kidney failure, or other serious illnesses.
- You have not taken antibiotics, steroids, bisphosphonates, or other medications that affect gum healing in the last 6 months.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have not had gum surgery in the last 6 months.
