Albumin gel with gum surgery for advanced gum disease
Part of Mouth & dental clinical trials.
This study tests whether adding a special gel made from your own blood (albumin-PRF) to standard gum surgery helps your gums and bone heal better. It is for people with severe gum disease (periodontitis) who have already had a basic deep cleaning and still have deep pockets between their teeth.

This trial tests whether a special blood-derived gel (called Alb-PRF) can improve the results of standard deep cleaning for gum disease. If you qualify, half your mouth will get the standard treatment and the other half will get the standard treatment plus this gel, to see which works better.
This study tests a new treatment for severe gum disease. It combines a natural blood product (platelet-rich fibrin) with a special albumin gel to help repair bone defects around teeth. The goal is to see if this mixture helps the bone grow back better than standard treatment.
This trial tests a treatment for deep gum disease pockets using a combination of your own blood components (injectable platelet-rich fibrin) and a bone graft material. It aims to help regenerate bone lost to periodontitis.
This study tests a new injectable treatment using your own blood cells to help repair damaged gum tissue and bone around teeth affected by periodontal disease (gum disease). The goal is to see if this minimally invasive approach can regenerate healthy gum and bone without major surgery.
This study tests whether a special liquid made from your own blood (called liquid S-PRF) can improve gum health during deep cleaning for people with advanced gum disease. It lasts 3 months and may help reduce inflammation and promote healing without surgery.
This trial tests if adding platelet-rich fibrin (a natural healing concentrate from your blood) to standard deep cleaning improves treatment for advanced gum disease. It may help patients with widespread gum disease who have not had treatment in the last year.
