  • You are 14 years or older.
  • You have a blood cancer that is typically treated with a stem cell transplant.
  • You have received a stem cell transplant from a donor.
  • You have gastrointestinal symptoms that are caused by graft-versus-host disease.
  • Your liver and kidney function must be within certain limits.
  • You must not have uncontrolled infections or severe psychiatric disorders.
